What is the process?

A representative will meet you to discuss the scope of your claim. This is to review the details of your claim and let you know how we can help.

This consultation is free!

Once a contract is signed between the insured and Metro Adjusting Experts, we will notify and send the contract to the insurance company letting them know you are being represented by Metro Adjusting Experts.

The next step is to assess your damages and arrange any necessary mitigation to prevent further damages. This will be done with the Public Adjuster, insurance adjuster, and any vendors needed.

The next step is to document the damages of anything that needs to be repaired or replaced. The documentation consists of photos, estimates, and inventories, calculating any total loss damages and cleaning costs.

We also provide any documentation that’s required of the insurance company regarding your claim. There also may be instances where an insurance company has already provided an inventory and the homeowner may want someone to oversee that everything had been provided and negotiate any damages necessary.

Once a fair and satisfying claim has been approved and the claim has been paid, our work is done. At Metro Adjusting Experts, we strive to provide excellent customer satisfaction.
